After the accident
Our 24 hour number will take you through to one of our experienced claims handlers who will be able to advise you of your options for getting back on the road given the circumstances of your individual case and what services we can offer you.
If we are able to assist with your case we will arrange for a replacement vehicle while yours is being repaired. If your vehicle is too badly damaged so that it cannot be driven, either due to mechanical or legal reasons, then we will deliver a replacement vehicle to you as soon as possible as well as deal with recovery of your damaged vehicle if required. Should your vehicle be in a driveable condition then we can arrange delivery of the replacement vehicle either to you or the approved repairer for collection as you drop off your own vehicle for repairs.
Where a vehicle is judged to be a “write off” you will be allowed to remain in our replacement vehicle for up to 7 days after the agreed settlement value of your damaged vehicle is received.
The cost of this replacement vehicle will be recovered from the at-fault party’s insurance.
When you’re back on the road
Our team of claims handlers will get to work speaking to all the relevant parties on your behalf, from the at-fault insurer to repairers to witnesses, to try to get your claim resolved with as little disruption to you as possible. If you have incurred any other recoverable losses as a consequence of the accident, such as loss of earnings or compensation for personal injuries, we have a partnership with True Solicitors who are able to provide legal advice related to your claim.
All repairs are undertaken by insurers, manufacturers or Limitless Accident Management approved repairers who we are confident will complete the repairs to the best possible standard. Meanwhile we closely monitor the quality and progress of the repairs and keep you updated.
