Privacy Statement

In order to provide our services we require a minimum amount of information about you. Most of this data will be supplied by you directly in the process of making a claim. However sometimes during the course of your claim we may obtain information about you from other sources such as your insurance company, broker or the police etc. However we obtain this data we have a legal obligation under the Data Protection Act 1998 to protect it.

We take our obligations to you seriously and follow the 8 basic data protection principles.

Your data will be used fairly and lawfully. We only collect the information we reasonably need in order to carry out the services we offer to you. We do not sell your data nor use it for direct marketing purposes.

You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you and to correct any inaccurate information held. Should you wish to do so simply contact us using the Contact Us page and we will provide you with a copy as soon as we can. There may be a small fee of £10 to cover our costs to do this.

We keep your data securely on our computer systems, which is accessible only by authorised and trained staff.

From time to time we may need to disclose information about you to other parties, for example your insurance company or a repair centre, however this will only be done in connection with your claim. We may also share information about you with other companies within the insurance sector in the interests of fraud prevention.
